A separate Management/Services company will be formed by the Notaire with the same owner-shareholders. It will be run, (inc. Hotel etc), by the “Villages Group snc” for the first year.
Then the owner-shareholders, (who by then will have voted in their own management committee etc), will vote either to extend the contract for a 2nd. Year, or choose another company(s).
The maximum the “Villages Group snc” will run the company is 2 years.

Foncière Land tax and as Owner-Shareholder instead of “old-style ownership” is paid by the “Village”. However as new build – first 2 years are exempt; plus very low if “residence” – not rental.

Habitation is akin to a “poll” tax. However it is very low and further reduced if persons are over 60 and /or on reduced income: pension. (Allow for safety 20 euros per week maximum)
